This was excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with the way Teddy was able to battle through chronic illness as a child and the method through which he did so, freezing cold dips in the river. I believe the power of cold is only now beginning to be realised by scientists and physiologists but all of us could benefit from taking cold showers, often if not daily.
