The Death of the Artist by William Deresiewicz

Review ★★★★★

This may have been my favourite book of 2022, and Deresiewicz is now on my list of authors to read comprehensively. With superb understanding of the digital creator economy, the author walks the reader through why 'everyone is an artist' simply is not true. This book helped to clarify my thinking in areas I'd been confused about for some time, and I am so pleased to have found it when I did. Highly recommend.

Read in 2022.
