A Place of My Own by Michael Pollan
Review ★★★★★
I really enjoyed Pollan's account of building his writing shack. While the book certainly goes into a lot of detail about the construction itself but I also enjoyed the commentary and philosophical side of what he was building too; a great reflection on what it means to build a space of one's own. Couldn't help but feel quite envious of this one!
Read in 2022.
