Prompt writing should be iterative

• As is the case with optimisation of so many areas, writing prompts for spaced repetition programs (e.g. Anki) should be done with iterative revisions in mind. Often I will add a basic card and, after reviewing it, recognise that I could fill in the gaps or make an answer more clear in the future.
• Small modifications to note wording can add up to a vastly improved understanding of the card and it's surrounding context.
